Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before ordering any goods and/or services from us. By ordering any of the goods or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Prices and Quotations
All ECO CAR PARTS LTD prices are correct at the time of publishing our sales literature and other promotional materials. As far as quotes are concerned, these are valid for up to 90 days.

Returns
You may return products within 7 business days of shipment for a refund or replacement. All returns information is located below.

On orders shipped overnight or today, all shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and air-shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages thoroughly for any missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent damage to parts during shipping; however, damage may occur on a rare occasion. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package. Instead, you should have the shipper immediately return the package to us. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the courier company (the shipper) and have the package returned to us. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 48 hours of receiving the package, regardless of which party is at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. Additionally, all claims for damaged items is processed by calling us. On your behalf, we will deal with the shipping company.

Returns Procedure
When returning items to us, please note that we will need your order number, name, email address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it.
If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name in which the order was placed. All returns must be postage paid. Return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.

Returns Policy
Within 7 working days of placing your order from ECO CAR PARTS LTD you may return any core or wrong part(s). No returns will be accepted after 7 working days. All parts must be in their original condition and must not be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors, labour, towing or car rental expenses that have incurred as a result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.

Please Note: Service parts, CD ROMs, special-order products and electrical parts are not returnable if fitted.

All returns are subject to a non-refundable 30% restocking fee. A 30% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Refunds
Refunds for returns normally take 30 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the part is received, we will then approve your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will then be paid back onto (credited) the credit card used to purchase the merchandise. You will receive a “credit approved" email the same day the credit is made. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 working days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days you have still not received a credit, please contact us by email at info@eco-car-parts.com for the fastest response.

Cancellation Policy:
All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to us immediately after they are confirmed. Therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. All orders must be cancelled BEFORE dispatch. All orders placed from Friday after 5PM EST – Monday 8AM EST cannot be cancelled, as they are processed over the weekend for shipment.
Cancellation by Customers
* All orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a 30% handling charge once item(s) has been received by us.

Insurance Work:
All insurance jobs will only be carried out after the invoice of the cost of parts and labour has been confirmed by the customer’s insurer. If the work is subsequently not approved by the insurer there will be a charge for the time the vehicle has been in our custody plus tow charges (if these apply). Vehicles that are ready to be collected will need to be paid for in full including up to the day of the scheduled pick up.

Warranty
Our minimum warranty covering all purchased parts extends 120 days from date of purchase.

Delivery
The delivery on this order is typically 2-3 working days. Orders must be placed before 5pm to give us the best chance of dispatching same day.

* Deliveries normally occur between 08.00 and 17.00 hours (BST). Exact timings cannot be specified.

* Working days are classified as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

* We must be notified of any missing parts within 24 hours of the delivery being made, unless delivery was received on a Saturday.

* We are not liable for goods not delivered on a next day service by an external delivery company. We will, however, make a claim on behalf of the customer for any lost items.

Damages
* All damages and defects must be notified as soon as possible after you become aware of them.

* Damages arising from transit must be brought to our attention within 48hrs. However, item received MUST be signed for as damaged. Please do check the item at the point of delivery as instructed by sales advisor at the point of sale. It is IMPORTANT to note that goods signed for by the customer as “received in good condition” cannot be claimed for as DAMAGED from the delivery company as stated on their terms and condition. Additionally, these are not refundable from ECO CAR PARTS LIMITED.

Verification of physical condition of items dispatched
Every item that leaves our warehouses is photographed prior to being packaged and dispatched to either the customer or Courier Company. This is done in order to verify the physical condition of the part being sold.

Cancellation by Customers
* All orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a 30% handling charge once item(s) has been received by us.

*Packages (orders) received from us that contain the correct items will NOT be refunded in any case.

* Items ordered by customers incorrectly & returned will incur a 30% handling charge once item(s) received by us.

* All items cancelled before dispatch will NOT incur any charges.

Exchanges
* "Exchange Unit" means that you pay a lower price for the part (engines, differentials etc) we supply in return for you part-exchanging your corresponding, existing item within 7-days.

* In the case where an agreement is broken by a customer while labour is taking place, there will be a 30% charge to the customer of the unit price of the replacement part and also the cost of any labour incurred.

Returns
* Where goods are being returned on the basis of being faulty, a check will be carried out on the part before any funds are returned to that account. We apologise for any inconvenience.

* For all items to be returned under any circumstances, it is the customers' responsibility to keep them in a safe environment.

* It is also the customers’ responsibility to ensure the part is returned in the same condition it was received in.

* For all items broken while in the customers' possession, there will be no refund or credit note issued.

* Goods collected and transported by customers cannot be returned for a refund or credit note - to the extent permissible by law. Please ensure that all goods are correct and in good condition when you collect them.

Other
* Your Statutory Rights are not affected by the above terms.

* Eco Car Parts Ltd does not stand the cost of labour.

* Eco Car Parts Ltd will not be liable for customer delays in not reporting damages and faults within the time limits (stated above) of receiving any goods.

However, there are times when some parts numbers may not be available or are incorrect. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you are clear in your mind as to what part that you are actually after. ECO CAR PARTS LTDLTD cannot be held accountable for the cost of submitting the wrong order.
